Deepdesk recognised by Microsoft at Copilot Hackathon

Deepdesk

London, UK – 25 September 2025 – Deepdesk, an AnywhereNow company, has been recognised by Microsoft as the third-place winner — and highest-scoring CX vendor — in the Ready to Scale category at the Microsoft Copilot Hackathon in Madrid, Spain.

The event brought together over 75 hackers, 24 Digital Natives, and ISVs from across Europe, alongside the full Microsoft architect team in person for the first time. It showcased innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, with projects powered by the latest Microsoft AI technologies.

Deepdesk was recognised for building two next-generation Microsoft Copilot agents that integrate directly into the Deepdesk platform in just one day:

  • Financial Services Credit Card Query Assistant – streamlines complex credit card queries to improve customer and agent efficiency.

  • Sales Pitch Generator – empowers helpdesk agents with tailored, effective sales messaging.

Both solutions were created within the Ready to Scale category, designed for projects that could be commercialised with minimal additional effort. Deepdesk's integration with Copilot Studio is ready to be used today, empowering users to bring next-generation AI solutions to market quickly.

“We’re honoured to be recognised by Microsoft for our innovation and speed in delivering AI solutions that drive business value and can be deployed quickly across any Microsoft Copilot environment, thanks to Deepdesk’s unique portability across CX platforms,” said Jon Burghart, Managing Director at Deepdesk.

The Deepdesk advantage

This achievement underscores Deepdesk’s partnership with Microsoft and the value it delivers to enterprise customers. Many organisations are already investing in Microsoft Copilot and OpenAI technologies, making Microsoft Copilot Studio a natural choice for building AI agents. However, deploying those agents across complex CX environments — including Salesforce, Genesys, NICE, Knowledge base solutions, legacy systems, and more — can be limited when relying on native integrations.

Deepdesk solves this challenge with pre-built integrations that enable true portability. Enterprises can build agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio and deploy them seamlessly across their CX stack. This approach futureproofs investments, allowing businesses to expand their tech ecosystems without losing the value of their AI agents — while extending the reach of Microsoft Copilot wherever it’s needed.

This aligns with Microsoft’s vision for a hybrid human-and-AI model and strengthens Deepdesk’s journey from Assist to Hybrid to Agentic, ensuring human expertise and AI combine to deliver smarter, faster customer experiences.
